Refund and Returns Policy

Pick up in store orders are final and cannot be returned. Returns are available for shipped orders:

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from our store. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition with original tags still attached.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date. Provide your order details and the items you wish to exchange when contacting us. All exchanges are subject to availability. If the exchange results in a lower priced item, the difference will be refunded back to your original payment method. If the exchange results in a higher priced item, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
