Manasota Key Group is deeply rooted in the Englewood community, and we are proud to be a long-time supporter of the Englewood YMCA. Recently, our very own Mike Atamanchuk was given the opportunity to appear alongside other local business leaders in a YMCA video, highlighting what the Y means to him and the community.
Rooted in Englewood
Since the beginning, when Lock ‘N Key Restaurant (the first of Manasota Key Group’s family of businesses) opened its doors more than 30 years ago, we have prioritized giving back to the community that supports us. The Englewood YMCA provides a conduit for us to pour our love back into the area through its youth and family programs.

Supporting the Team That Serves You
That ability to work while kids are cared for is vital. As one of Englewood’s largest employers, Manasota Key Group employs 250+ team members between our three restaurants, as well as Manasota Key Marina and Dearborn Corner Market. Many of our employees are Englewood residents with children who benefit from the Y’s after school care and sports programs. Supporting the Y means supporting our own work family.
More Than Just a Gym
The Y fills essential gaps for our town. Besides their programs for working families, they provide support for the Sky Academy charter school, vital water safety initiatives, and emergency relief during natural disasters like hurricanes.
Their 45,000-square-foot facility is a hub where residents from all walks of life come together. Whether providing scholarships so no family is turned away due to cost, or offering a safe haven in times of need, the Y is the heartbeat of our community.
